The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched its annual free psycho-social counselling services for Class 10 and Class 12 students to support their mental health and emotional well-being ahead of the CBSE Board Exams 2026. CBSE Counselling Services 2026 – Key Highlights
The psycho-social counselling programme is designed to provide emotional support, stress management strategies, and academic guidance during the crucial examination phase. Students can access tele-communication-based counselling from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, on all days except Saturdays and Sundays.
A total of 73 trained professionals are part of the counselling panel, including school principals, counsellors, special educators from CBSE-affiliated schools, and qualified psychologists.
Helpline and 24×7 IVRS Support
In addition to live counselling sessions, CBSE has also made available a 24×7 Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) for students.
