The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially released the Bihar Board Sent-up Exam Dates 2025 for both Class 10 (Matric) and Class 12 (Intermediate) students. These exams serve as a mandatory qualifying round for board exam candidates. Only students who pass the sent-up exams will receive admit cards to appear for the Bihar Board Annual Exam 2026.
Bihar Board Class 10 Sent-up Exam 2025 Schedule
According to the timetable released by BSEB:
- BSEB Class 10 theory exams 2025 will be conducted from November 19 to November 22, 2025
- Class 10 practical exams will be held on November 24, 2025
These examinations will be conducted in two shifts each day:
- Shift 1: 9:30 am to 12:45 pm
- Shift 2: 2 pm to 5:15 pm
Bihar Board Class 12 Sent-up Exam 2025 Schedule
The BSEB Class 12 sent-up exams 2025 for Science, Commerce and Arts streams will take place from:
- November 19 to November 26, 2025
Practical examinations for Class 12 will be conducted at the respective +2 school or college level:
- November 27 to November 29, 2025
These exams will also be held in two shifts similar to the Class 10 schedule.
Mandatory Exam for Admit Card Issuance
The Bihar Board has made it clear that appearing in and passing the sent-up exam is compulsory for:
- Regular students
- Independent category students
- Candidates maintaining minimum 75% attendance
Students who fail or remain absent in any paper of the sent-up exam will not be issued admit cards for the main Bihar Board 2026 exams and will be barred from appearing in the annual board examinations.
Exempted Students
The following categories of students are not required to appear for the sent-up exams:
- EX (Previous) candidates
- Compartmental students
- Single Subject (English) students
- Betterment / Improvement category students
