Bhumi Fellowship is a 2 year paid, transformative program to help you become the next leader in education, It provides the young leaders with hands on training and on the job experience in teaching and transforming schools in India, It aims at achieving equitable education for all children through systemic change
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates who have completed Graduation or studying in Final year, aged between 20 and 30 years, Passionate about bringing about a change in Education are eligible to apply
BENEFIT
The selected candidates will get monthly grant of Rs.30,000 during the 2 year fellowship, In depth real time training, Seed fund for social startup and placement be in Chennai
SELECTION
The selection process to consist of various stages, in Stage 1 the application submitted will be screened to understand your experiences, your aspirations, and motivations to join the Bhumi Fellowship.
In Stage 2 a 30 minute telephonic conversation to be done to understand a little more in depth about you that may not have been captured on the application form
Final stage of the selection process comprises of lesson execution, group discussion and problem solving. Upon clearing these, you will be invited to a personal interview
