The applications are invited for the Baba Gurbachan Singh Scholarship 2023-24, the Sant Nirankari Mandal has launched a Baba Gurbachan Singh Scholarship Scheme to provide Financial Assistance to promising and needy students for pursuing Degree and Diploma Courses, For this Scholarship Scheme, a duly constituted committee of Education Department of Sant Nirankari Mandal will assess the economic condition and financial position of the applicant’s family

The financial assistance to be offered to an applicant will depend on the requirement and capability of the student to pursue the relevant course

Since 1993 the Education Department of Sant Nirankari Mandal had been providing Scholarships to the meritorious students, Education Department of Sant Nirankari Mandal has also made arrangements to provide guidance for entrance examinations and career counselling from Class X onwards for the timely guidance to the students

ELIGIBILITY

This Baba Gurbachan Singh Scholarship 2023-24 Scheme is open to the promising and needy students securing not less than 60% marks in Class X for pursuing Diploma in Engineering / Class XII examination and pursuing the courses such as B.A. & B.A. (Hons), B.Com & B.Com (Hons), B-Pharma, D-Pharma, B.Ed, D.El.Ed, B.Sc., Hotel Management, BBA, BCA, M.Com, M.Sc., M.A., MCA, Diploma/Degree or Training in any Sport, Instrumental Music / Vocal Music from a recognized Institution in India and who desire to pursue higher study in India only

BENEFIT

The selected students under the scheme to get maximum ceiling of the benefit will be Rs. 50,000 per year per student or the Tuition Fee / Annual Fee payable in each year, whichever is less

DOCUMENTS

The documents required are Duly filled-in and affixed photographed application form on the prescribed format for each academic year, Previous years Marks card, A copy of latest pay slip and I.T. Returns of all the earning members of the family / Income Certificate, A certificate by the institution stating that (a) the candidate has not been granted scholarship under any scheme, Affidavit (Part-III of Application Form),

Copy of latest fee receipts issued by the University / Institutes, Details of the fee including Tuition Fee, Library, Hostel, Books etc. duly signed by the Principal / Administrator of the Institute, Copy of bank statement of all saving bank accounts of all family members, The Admission Slip/letter by which the applicant has been offered admission by the University / Educational Institution, Copy of the residence proof
