About the Azim Premji Scholarship

The scholarship covers students from 18 states, including Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Puducherry, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Telangana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
In the 2024–25 academic year, more than 25,000 girl students from Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh benefitted from this initiative, each receiving ₹30,000 in annual financial assistance.
Eligibility Criteria for Azim Premji Scholarship 2025
To apply for the Azim Premji Scholarship 2025, candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions:
- Must have completed Class 10 and Class 12 from a government school.
- Must belong to one of the eligible states or union territories listed above.
- Should be enrolled in the first year (2025–26 session) of an undergraduate degree or diploma programme (2–5 years) in a recognised government or select private institution.
The scholarship is renewed annually for the entire duration of the programme, provided the student maintains continuous enrollment and satisfactory academic performance.
Application and Selection Process
