The Department of Collegiate Education, Karnataka has invited applications from eligible candidates for Guest Faculty to Teach in Government First Grade Colleges for the academic year 2022 – 23,
As per the notification released the interested and Eligible candidates can submit online application from 3rd to 10th January 2023, Merit list counselling to be held from 16th to 25th January 2023, Last date to report the selected colleges is 1st February 2023,
As per the notification released the candidates with Post Graduation are eligible to apply, Selection will be based on Merit, The selection criteria will be calculated on 100 marks of which 25 Marks are allotted for the marks secured in Post Graduation, 12 Marks allotted if obtained Ph.D, 9 Marks allotted if cleared KSET, NET, SLET, 6 Marks are allotted if obtained M.Phil,
If the candidates have worked as Guest Faculty in previous years then for every year 3 Marks are allotted to the maximum of 48 marks (However such candidates required to submit the service certificate in the prescribed format released by the Department of Collegiate Education),
State Wise Selection list based on the merit will be prepared, selected candidates will be provided option to choose place of their choice in counselling, however only once the option will be provided,
