NHPC Recruitment 2025 – Age Limit
- Maximum Age Limit: 30 years (as of 1st October 2025)

Educational Qualification
- Assistant Rajbhasha Officer: Master’s in Hindi with English as an elective subject at degree level, or vice versa.
- Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, E&C): Three-year full-time Diploma in respective engineering streams with minimum 60% marks.
- Supervisor (IT): Graduate with DOEACC ‘A’ level / Polytechnic Diploma in IT / BCA / BSc (Computer Science/IT) with at least 60% marks.
- Sr. Accountant: Inter CA or Inter CMA pass.
- Hindi Translator: Master’s degree in Hindi with English as an elective at degree level, or Master’s in English with Hindi as an elective.
Salary Structure
NHPC offers an attractive salary package under the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pay scale:
- Assistant Rajbhasha Officer (E1): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
- Junior Engineer (All Streams) / Supervisor (IT) / Sr. Accountant (S1): ₹29,600 – ₹1,19,500
- Hindi Translator (W06): ₹27,000 – ₹1,05,000
