EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Engineering: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Petrochemical with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)

Medical Officer: MBBS + AFIH

HR Positions: MBA in HR, MSW, PG in Personnel Management or Psychology

Legal / Finance: Relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications such as CA or CS

Diploma / Graduate-level roles: 3-year Diploma or Science Graduate with 60% marks (50% for reserved categories)

SALARY STRUCTURE

• Junior Executive: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000
• Assistant Engineer/Officer/Accounts Officer: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
• Engineer/Officer: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
• Senior Engineer/Officer: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
• Senior Manager: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000
