For the year 2023 – 24 the applications are invited for the Free Training to Minority candidates to Join Indian Army / Police from students belonging to Minority Community (Muslim, Christian, Jain, Sikh, Buddhist, and Parsi) who are interested in joining Indian Army Posts and from Belagavi, Davanagere, Dakshina Kannada, Kalaburgi and Ramanagara District
Candidate selection will be based on physical endurance test and SSLC merit, 80 percent of attendance during the training period is mandatory, No stipend will be provided to the candidates during the training period.
ELIGIBILITY
Must be a resident of Belagavi, Davanagere, Dakshina Kannada, Kalaburgi and Ramanagara District, must have passed SSLC, the applicant to be belonging to Muslim, Christian, Jain, Buddhist, Sikh and Parsi communities, total annual family income should not exceed Rs 8 Lakh per annum are eligible to apply
AGE LIMIT
Minimum age limit is 17 & half years and Maximum age limit is 23 years except soldier general duty, for soldier general duty Minimum age limit is 17 & half years and Maximum age limit is 21 years and for any other army / defense
TRAINING DURATION
60 days of prior training & guidance will be given to eligible minority candidates to join Indian Land Army, Naval Army, Air Force and for joining various army posts
DOCUMENTS
The documents required to apply are applicants 2 passport size photographs, Caste and income certificate, Copy of Aadhaar card, Copy of eligibility Marks card
