National Testing Agency (NTA) released a notification stating ICAR has decided that for the academic year 2023-24 admission to the specified UG courses hitherto being done through ICAR-AIEEA will be done through Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG .
Hence for the academic year 2023-24 there would be no ICAR-AIEEA (UG) for admission to the UG courses in Agriculture and Allied subjects for the 20% ICAR All India Quota Seats, the admissions to be done through Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG scores
Earlier till 2022-23 the admission to Bachelor Degree programmes in Agriculture and Allied Sciences (other than Veterinary Sciences), at Agricultural Universities for 20% of the University seats was to be done through the ICAR All India Entrance Examination for Admission- (AIEEA)-UG
Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG 2023 is a common entrance exam for admission to UG programmes offered by Central Universities and other Participating Institutions, Online applications can be submitted till 12th March 2023, Examination is scheduled to be held on 21st May 2023
However National Testing Agency (NTA) to continue to conduct ICAR-AIEEA (PG) 2023 and ICAR AICE-JRF / SRF (Ph. D.)-2023, for more details CLICK HERE
