The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) officially announced the TS Inter Results 2025 today, April 22, bringing relief and excitement to lakhs of students across the state. The results include both the 1st year (Class 11) and 2nd year (Class 12) intermediate exams, which were conducted in March.
OVERALL PERFORMANCE IMPROVES
According to the declaration made by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka during a press conference, 71.37% of Class 12 students successfully passed the board exams, while the pass percentage for Class 11 stood at 66.89%. This reflects a notable improvement from last year’s figures, where the pass percentages ranged between 60% and 65%.
EXAM AND RESULT DETAILS
The TS Inter 1st year exams were held from 5th March to 24th March 2025, and the 2nd year exams took place from 6th March to 25th March 2025. Students can check their results by entering their TS Inter hall ticket number on the official TSBIE portal or through alternative platforms such as DigiLocker, SMS,

PASSING CRITERIA AND SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMS
To be declared qualified, students must:
- Score a minimum of 35% in each subject
- Achieve an overall aggregate of 350 out of 1000 in Class 12
Students who fail in one or two subjects will be eligible to appear for the TS Inter Supplementary Exams 2025, which offer them a second chance to clear the board exams and avoid wasting an academic year.
AVAILABILITY OF MARK SHEETS
While digital scorecards are available immediately online, original mark sheets and certificates will be distributed offline through the respective schools in the coming days.
ENCOURAGING PERFORMANCE ACROSS THE STATE
This year’s increased pass percentages indicate a stronger academic performance by students, better exam preparedness, and effective teaching methods. With a majority of students clearing the exams successfully, the focus now shifts to college admissions and career planning for Class 12 graduates.
