TBF Lifetime Membership card online registration Mandatory for all teachers

Department of School Education and Literacy, Karnataka has instructed all the Primary and High School Teachers to register online for the TBF Lifetime Membership card

All the facilities provided by the Karnataka State Teachers Benefit Fund have been made available online and the online registration has been launched from 13th October 2022 to all Government/Aided Primary and High school teachers, 

The Concerned Department officials are informed to instruct teachers to register online for the lifetime membership card and to provide appropriate guidance regarding mandatory online membership and take action to get all obtain lifetime membership card

STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO REGISTER

Step 1 : Visit the official portal of TBF – SWF online services (CLICK HERE)

Step 2 : On the Home page of KSTBF poral Click on Lifetime Membership Card

Step 3 : A New Page will be displayed, Click on New Registration

Step 4 : A New Page will be displayed, Select option Teachers with KGID Number, Enter Name, KGID Number, Date of Birth, Date of Joining and Click on Fetch details

Step 5 : Enter the OTP received for verification, Click on Validate, Enter Password and Click on Submit

Step 6 : A New Page will be displayed, Click on Apply in Action column

Step 7 : Enter Personal information, Click on Save Draft and Click on Next

Step 8 : Enter Work Details, Click on Save Draft and Click on Next

Step 9 : Enter Dependent details, Click on Save Draft and Click on Next

Step 10 : Upload the documents (Photo, Signature, HRMS Pay Slip, Signed copy of Head Master), Select declaration I Agree, Click on Save Draft and Click on Next

Step 11 : Make Payment online, Click on Submit,

Step 12 : A New Page will be displayed, In Action Column View the application form submitted, Take Print out the submitted application and keep for further reference
