Saksham Scholarship Program for Drivers Children announced

Online applications are invited for the Saksham Scholarship Program for Drivers Children, It is an initiative by Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Limited (MMFSL) to provide financial assistance to the children of drivers to support them in continuing their education

The Saksham Scholarship Program for Drivers Children is open for students from Karnataka,, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and who are studying in Classes 1 to 12, Under Graduation (UG) and Post Graduation (PG), The selected scholars under the Saksham Scholarship Program for Drivers Children will be provided with a one time financial assistance of up to Rs 20,000 to cover their academic expenses.

To apply for the Saksham Scholarship Program for Drivers Children studying in Classes 1 to 12, Under Graduation (UG) and Post Graduation (PG), One of the parents should be a driver (all light motor vehicles and small commercial vehicles such as Taxi, Jeep, Car & delivery vans such as Pickup, magic, school van, etc.) and should hold a valid driving license, annual family income should be less than Rs 3 Lakh

For the Students of class 1 to 8 the Scholarship amount of Rs 5000 for 1 year will be given, for 9 to 12 students the Scholarship amount of Rs 10,000 for 1 year will be given, for Under Graduate (UG) students the Scholarship amount of Rs 15,000 for 1 year will be given, for Post Graduate students the Scholarship amount of Rs 20,000 for 1 year will be given,
