SBI offers nearly 18 types of ATM cards to do daily transactions easier for all SBI account holders. Starting from classic SBI ATM cards to global international ATM card,
SBI account holders can pick from these wide range of ATM cards to manage their transactions conveniently. Each of the cards has its benefits, transaction requirements and also withdrawal limits. All these SBI ATM Cards are designed as per the account holder’s money spending routine and requirements of each customer.
TYPES OF SBI ATM CARDS:
SBI Global International ATM Card:
The maximum withdrawal limits within India is Rs.40k but it varies globally as per the exchange rate of the country’s currency. For online purchases, the upper limit is up to Rs.75k.
SBI Gold International ATM Card:
The local withdrawal limit is up to Rs.50,000 whereas the foreign withdrawal limit is equivalent of Rs.50,000. The POS transaction limit for online payment is set as Rs.2 lakhs for this card.While the online transactions are allowed up to Rs.50,000. Available only on selected international online websites.
SBI Platinum International ATM Card:
The local withdrawal limit is fixed up toRs.1 lakh;however international limit is in proportion to the currency exchange rate equivalent to Rs.1 lakh. The POS limit is Rs.2 lakhs and the online payment limit is Rs.50, 000.
SBI Silver International ATM Card:
This card can be used to make payments online and to withdraw cash both within India as well as internationally. The maximum withdrawal limit within India is Rs.40,000. However it changes globally as per the exchange rate of the country’s currency vis a vis 1000 US dollars. For online shopping, the upper limit is up to Rs.75,000.
SBI Classic ATM Card:
The minimum cash that can be withdrawn by using this card is Rs. 100 while the upper limit stands at Rs. 20,000. But for online/ point of sale (POS) online purchases, the upper limit is up to Rs. 50,000.
SBI Mumbai Metro Combo Card:
Daily Withdrawal Limit of Rs.100 (minimum) and of Rs.40000 (maximum) or USD equivalent to this. Daily PoS Limit of Rs.75000 (maximum) or USD equivalent to this.Online transaction limit: Maximum amount per transaction and monthly limit of foreign currency equivalent to Rs.50000
SBI INTOUCH Tap and GO ATM Card:
Daily cash withdrawal limit of Rs.100 (minimum) and of Rs.40000 (maximum) or USD equivalent to this. Daily POS Limit of Rs.75000 (maximum) or USD equivalent to this amount. Online transaction limit is Rs.50000
SBI PehlaKadam and PehliUdaan Photo ATM Cards (For Minors only)
It is open to all minors with a joint account with the parent or guardian. It is offered to minors over 10 years and allows the card to be operated singly. Cash withdrawal limit or POS limit of Rs.5000.
SBI Prepaid Cards
SBI Foreign Travel Card
Up to 2 add on cards can be issued. Maximum amount issued is Rs.250000USD equivalent.
SBI Gift Card
This card can be used at all VISA enabled merchant establishments& it is not reloadable. Amount of issue is Rs.500(min) &Rs.10000(max).
SBI eZ-Pay Card
The card can be used at all SBI ATMS, visa enabled POS and online for e-commerce transactions.Amount of issue is Rs.500 (min) &Rs.100000 (max).
SBI Smart Payout Card
This card is suitable for periodical payments such as commission, wages, salary etc. Amount of issue is Rs.100 (min) &Rs.10000 (max).
SBI Achiever Card
This card is suitable for periodical non cash payments to employees, agents, distributors etc.Amount of issue is Rs.500 (min) &Rs.100000 (max).Comes with reload facility
SBI Noida City One Card
Use this card for cashless travels in Noida-Greater Noida Metro. SBI Noida City One Card issuance fee is Rs.100. Maximum balance limit allowed for this SBI Noida City1 Card is Rs.2k. Minimum Top-up Amount is Rs.100
SBI Business ATM Cards
SBI Pride Card
This is one of the select cards that provide complimentary access to airport lounges. Daily cash limit: Maximum of Rs.1,00,000 or USD equivalent for this. Daily POS Limit: Maximum of Rs.2,00,000 or foreign currency equivalent to this amount. Online transaction limit: Maximum amount per transaction and monthly limit of foreign currency equivalent to Rs.50,000
SBI Premium Card
Daily cash limit: Maximum of Rs.2,00,000 or foreign currency equivalent to this amount. Daily POS Limit: Maximum of Rs.5,00,000 or foreign currency equivalent to this amount. Online transaction limit: Maximum amount per transaction and a monthly limit of foreign currency equivalent to Rs.50,000
SBI Virtual ATM cum Debit Card
SBI Virtual Card Account holder will not be required to provide any card or account information to the merchants. Maximum amount of issue: Rs.50,000 Minimum Amount of Issue: Rs.500
STEPS TO GET SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD ONLINE.
Step 1:Â Visit official SBI website.
Step 2:Â Login to net banking portal by username and password.
Step 3: Select ‘e-Services’ and click on ‘ATM card services’.
Step 4:Â A new page displays. Click on ‘Request ATM/debit card’.
Step 5:Â 2 options displays (1.Using OTP 2.Using profile password). Choose any option.
Step 6:Â If you select the OTP. Then you will receiveSMS on your registered mobile number.
Step 7:Â Enter that OTP. Click on Submit.
Step 8:Â All your accounts will be displayed on next page, under primary and secondary accounts option.
Step 9:Â If you have only one account. Same details will be shown on both the options.
Step 10:Â Select the account of which you want the card.
Step 11:Â Enter the name that you want to be printed on the card. Select the type of card. Accept terms and condition. Click on ‘submit’ option.
Step 12:Â A new page will appear, verify all the details and click on ‘submit’ option.
NOTE : You will receive your SBI ATM cum Debit Card within 7-8 working days at your registered address.
