IISER Aptitude Test (IAT-2023) Exam date announced

Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) announced the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT-2023) date, As per the notification released Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research to open the application portal from 15th April 2023, Last date to submit application is 25th May 2023, Correction in application from can be done on 28th and 29th May 2023 and Examination is scheduled to be held on 17th June 2023

Candidates who have passed Class 12 (or equivalent) exam with science stream in 2022 or 2023 from any recognized  board by Council of Boards of School Education in India are eligible to apply, they must have taken at least 3 subjects among Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PwD should have scored a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate, whereas Candidates belonging to other categories should have scored a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate

IISER Aptitude Test (IAT-2023) counselling process will be conducted online. There is no need for the candidates to visit any IISER in person during the counselling process.

IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) will be conducted as a computer based test, IAT to consist of 60 questions, 15 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Duration of the test will be 180 minutes, Exam to be Multiple Choice Questions based, Each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks, Each incorrect answer will lead to the deduction of 1 mark, whereas for unanswered questions will be awarded 0 marks
