The Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (IGRUA), located in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, has opened admissions for its prestigious Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) course, set to commence from July 2025. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates aspiring to enroll in the AME course must meet the following academic qualifications:
Educational Requirement: Must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), or Hold a Diploma in Engineering from a state-recognized technical board.
Minimum Marks: General Category: Minimum 50% aggregate in PCM subjects, SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS: Minimum 45% aggregate.
Candidates are required to submit proof that they studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the 10+2 level.
TRAINING FEE STRUCTURE
The training fee for the AME course is ₹4.5 Lakhs, which excludes boarding, lodging, and additional expenses such as examination fees, uniforms, and toolkits. This fee structure ensures access to state-of-the-art training infrastructure, expert faculty, and practical exposure to aircraft maintenance practices.
APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS

Candidates must apply online, providing accurate academic details and uploading the necessary documents. The online entrance examination will assess applicants on their knowledge and aptitude for technical training.
