• Address Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, Ration Card, BSNL Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill or any other generally accepted document)
• Voter ID (EPIC) Card
• Degree certificate 

WHERE AND WHEN TO SUBMIT

The notification and schedule regarding the enrollment of eligible voters in Karnataka Graduate constituency electoral roll will be released by the CEO, Karnataka, Within that specified schedule the Form 18 Claim for inclusion of name in the electoral roll for a Graduates’ Constituency with Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Degree Certificate to be submitted at the designated places

The electoral rolls for Karnataka Graduate constituency is different and enrolment should be done separately
