Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Avionics Division, Korwa, Amethi, has officially announced its Apprenticeship Recruitment 2025–26 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This initiative is a golden opportunity for engineering and non-engineering graduates, along with technical and non-technical diploma holders, to undergo one year of apprenticeship training at HAL’s Korwa facility in Uttar Pradesh.

About HAL Apprenticeship Programme 2025–26

HAL, a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, is India’s leading aerospace and defence manufacturing organization. Through its Apprenticeship Training Programme 2025–26, HAL aims to nurture young talent by providing hands-on industrial exposure, technical skills, and professional work experience in the field of aviation and defence technology. The training duration is one year, and apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), Kanpur guidelines.

HAL APPRENTICESHIP 2025 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates who have completed their education from any recognized university or board are eligible to apply.

For Engineering Graduate Apprentices (BE/BTech):

  • Electronics Engineering (and allied branches)
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology

For Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices:

  • Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Bachelor of Science (Electronics/Computer Science)
  • Bachelor of Arts – English (BA English)

For Technical Diploma Apprentices:

  • Electronics Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Hotel Management or Hotel Management & Catering Technology

For Non-Technical Diploma Apprentices:

  • General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) – 3 years
  • Modern Office Management & Secretarial Practice (MOM & SP) – 2 years

Age Limit: Maximum 26 years as of October 31, 2025. Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and up to 10 years for PwD candidates.

HAL Apprenticeship 2025 Application Process

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by following these steps:

  1. Register on NATS Portal: Visit official portal and register by providing your name, email ID, and mobile number.
  2. Visit HAL Official Website: Go to official portal→ “Careers” → “Apprenticeship Recruitment 2025–26.”
  3. Access the Google Form: Click on the Google Form link provided in the notification and enter accurate details, including educational qualifications and personal information.
  4. Submit the Form: Verify all details before final submission.
  5. Print the Form: Take a printout for future reference during document verification.

Last Date to Apply: October 31, 2025. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Selection & Training Process

Selection will be purely merit-based, determined from 100% of aggregate marks secured in the qualifying examination. No written test or interview will be conducted.

  • Provisional Merit List: Available on HAL’s official website between November 20–22, 2025.
  • Document Verification: Scheduled from November 25 to December 3, 2025, at HAL Korwa, Amethi.

Candidates must bring original mark sheets, ID proof, and relevant certificates during verification. The apprenticeship training will run for one year, and all selected candidates will receive stipends as per BOAT Kanpur rules.
