The Yuva Pratibha Culinary Talent Hunt 2023 by MyGov in collaboration with the Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition, Pusa, New Delhi is organised With an aim to create awareness and increase the production and consumption of millet, As year 2023  has been declared by the United Nations as the International Year of the Millets

Yuva Pratibha Culinary Talent Hunt 2023 by MyGov in collaboration with the Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition, Pusa, New Delhi is being organised to Reflect on India’s rich culinary heritage and understand the value and significance of what the country can offer to the world in terms of taste, health, traditional knowledge, ingredients, and recipes and also promote the use of millet as a staple food with good taste and look beyond millet as being healthy and sustainable, the Yuva Pratibha Culinary Talent Hunt 2023 is open for all in the age group 18 to 40 years 

1st winner of Yuva Pratibha Culinary Talent Hunt 2023 will receive Rs 1 Lakh with Trophy and certificate, While the 2nd Winner Rs 75,000 with Trophy and certificate and 3rd Winner of Yuva Pratibha Culinary Talent Hunt 2023 will receive Rs 50,000 with Trophy and certificate, Last date to submit entries is 30th June 2023, for more details and submit entries CLICK HERE
