The Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW), Indian Railways has officially released a notification for the recruitment of 374 Apprentice posts for the year 2025. Age Limit (as on 05-07-2025):

• Non-ITI Candidates: 15 to 22 years
• ITI Candidates (Excl. Welder & Carpenter): 15 to 24 years
• Welder & Carpenter Trades: 15 to 22 years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

For Non-ITI Candidates:

Must have passed 10th class or equivalent under 10+2 system with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board. Qualification must be completed before the notification date (05/07/2025).

For ITI Candidates:

Must have passed 10th class with minimum 50% marks and ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized institute. Both qualifications should be obtained before 05/07/2025.

STIPEND:

Stipend will be paid as per Railway Board / Labour Ministry norms, ensuring fair compensation during the training period.
