Under the Nesternship 2023 by Nestle, university students participate in an 10 week immersive learning experience in a real world setting. Students undergo a specific business project under the direction and supervision of an experienced leader within a function, acquiring essential knowledge in understanding the operations of the company and the dynamism of business.
Candidates pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline with good verbal and written communication skills, who are Passionate youngsters with leadership experiences and an entrepreneurial mindset are eligible to apply
The Nesternship 2023 by Nestle will be in profiles like marketing, sustainability and Nestle business affairs, legal, human resources, e-commerce, nutrition, sales, finance, supply chain, technical & production, corporate affairs
