I.Sc. (Biology or Mathematics) or 10+2 (Biology or Mathematics) with a two-year Diploma in Optometry or training as Ophthalmic Assistant for two years in a recognized Government Hospital as per the National Programme for Control of Blindness (NPCB) guidelines.
I.Sc. (Biology or Mathematics) or 10+2 (Biology or Mathematics) with a two-year Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant from a Government, Private, or Semi-Government Institute recognized by the Government of Bihar.
