Nominations are invited for the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Purashkar (PMRBP) by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, it is being organized to celebrate the energy, determination, ability, zeal and enthusiasm of our children
A child who is an Indian Citizen and residing in India and is not exceeding 18 years, the act / incident / achievement by the child who is an Indian Citizen and residing in India and is not exceeding 18 years should have been within 2 years of the last date of receipt of application / nomination for the year of consideration and not be a previous recipient of the same award earlier in any category are eligible to apply
Awardees of the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Purashkar (PMRBP) to receive Medal, Cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000, Certificate and citation, the number of Awardees are 25, any relaxation to this maximum number may be permitted at the discretion of the National Selection Committee
Applications submitted for the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Purashkar (PMRBP) are first scrutinized by the Screening Committee and the final selection is done by the National Selection Committee, Awards to be announced on Veer Bal Diwas (26th December) and the awardees will be conferred by President of India at New Delhi at a special ceremony / function to be held in January, Last date to submit nominations has been extended till 31st July 2024
