Geological Society of India invite applications for International Earth Science Olympiad 2023

Online registrations are open for the International Earth Science Olympiad 2023 by the Geological Society of India, Since 2007 Geological Society of India has been organizing the Indian National Earth Science Olympiad (INESO), the International Earth Science Olympiad (IESO) event is supported entirely by the Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES), Government of India

Aim of International Earth Science Olympiad (IESO) is to create awareness among the students regarding the origin of the universe, evolution of the Earth and life to encourage students and the public to take an interest in Earth Sciences, and also between young students from different countries promote friendly relations and international cooperation in the exchange of ideas and materials related to Earth Sciences and teaching

Students pursuing Class 9 to 12 are eligible to apply for the International Earth Science Olympiad (IESO) 2023, students chosen in order of merit will attend a Virtual Training Camp. IESO entrance test is scheduled to be held on 10th June 2023, durations of test is 90 minutes, Exam to be held at 10.30 am in English & consists of objective type of questions in Geophysics Meteorology, Oceanography, Geology, Terrestrial Astronomy, and Environmental Science, for more details and register CLICK HERE
