For any teacher there is no more sense of satisfaction than seeing their students get succeeded as they keep focus extensively on improving and enhancing their strengths, help them overcomes weaknesses, After reviewing of grades, counseling, questionnaires and other a detailed Subject Wise Action Plan been prepared by the Subject Experts that is enough to identify their core and inherent problems or weaknesses of subject among the students and to work on actions that can help a teacher to work on their weak spots and help them to overcome the same.
