WCD ministry invite applications for internship program from women students, teachers, scholars, activists

Ministry of Women and Child Development invite online applications from women students / scholars / social activists / teachers who are from Non Tier I cities and rural parts of India for the Internship Programme, the duration of the Internship Programme is two months duration

The interested and eligible candidates for the Internship Programme by the Ministry of Women and Child Development need to be enrolled in or associated with any of the university, academic and non academic institution, This Internship Programme by the Ministry of Women and Child Development is meant to help in orientating the women students / scholars / social activists / teachers with the policies and programmes of the Ministry of Women and Child Development by offering the interns short-term association

The interns may be required to undertake pilot projects /micro-studies focusing on the ongoing activities of the Ministry of Women and Child Development

Candidates from the age group 21 to 40 years may send their application till 29th May 2023, Selection of the interns would be made on the basis of recommendations of the Selection Committee duly constituted for this purpose. A candidate once selected for the Internship Programme by the Ministry of Women and Child Development will not be eligible to apply again.

Selected interns under the Internship Programme by the Ministry of Women and Child Development will be given a lump sum stipend of Rs. 20,000 per month and reimbursement of travel cost of the journey for joining the programme in the Ministry of Women and Child Development and return at the end of the programme,

The interns who are willing would be provided hostel facility on sharing basis for the duration of their Internship Programme in Delhi
