Touching Lives, a Mumbai-based non-profit organization dedicated to education and healing, has opened applications for its Teaching Fellowship Program 2024–26. The program offers a unique opportunity for passionate educators and change-makers to impact the lives of children and youth from underserved communities, while simultaneously engaging in personal development and healing.

Touching Lives is more than just an educational NGO—it’s a movement focused on Self-Work, Learning, and Healing. The organization works with children and youth from challenging socio-economic backgrounds, offering a nurturing space that combines quality education with mental well-being.
FELLOWSHIP DETAILS
The Touching Lives Teaching Fellowship is a two-year, full-time commitment that involves:
Teaching and mentoring children/youth in the age groups of 6–9 (Beginners Program), and 12–16 (Discovery Program). Developing curriculum based on the NGO’s in-house learning-teaching model.
Teaching English, life-skills, mindfulness, value education, and facilitating self-work and healing practices using activity-based methods. Working in a hybrid format, with some sessions conducted online via Zoom and others held in-person at the Touching Lives Learning Centre in Dahisar, Mumbai.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To apply for the fellowship, candidates must:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, ECCD, or a Master’s in Psychology, Literature, or Human Development. Have teaching experience or a deep passion for education and child development.
Possess strong English communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and a compassionate, creative approach to teaching. Be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to the city for the hybrid teaching model.

- Curriculum Includes: English, Life Skills, Healing and Self-Work, Technology, and Global Perspectives.

- Dream Program (Advanced Mentorship Track)
SALARY AND GROWTH
Selected fellows will receive a monthly stipend of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000. Additionally, fellows will benefit from life-long self-development tools, leadership training, and direct impact experience in the field of education and social transformation.
