Karnataka state Education Minister S Suresh Kumar announced that SSLC Results announced by KSEEB today 10th August 2020 by 3pm on official website, Meanwhile Department of Education has Send results of Passed Students to their Registered Phone Numbers through SMS, Amidst surge in COVID 19 Pandemic across the state SSLC Exams were conduced succesfully by taking into consideration all safety measure from 25th June to 3rd July 2020, Due to COVID 19 Pandemic Exams that had been schedule in March were postponed earlier, this year arrangements were made for evaluation of Answer Scripts at District centres

Around 8.5 lakh students appear Every year for the SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) Examination which is usually conducted every year in month of March/April , The Board conducts supplementary Examination for the students who get failed in March / April Examination, Approximately Every year around 2.20 lakh students take the supplementary examination in the Month of June,
But Amidst Surge in COVID 19 cases across the country this year the Examination was postponed and later it was conducted in the Month of July, from the year 2017 – 18 KSEEB has digitalized complete SSLC Examination Process from Registration of Students for Exams, Verification of details, Download of Admit Cards,
SSLC Exam for the year 2020 was conducted as per norms of CCE (Continuous and Comphrehensive Evaluation) where Marks Scored by Students in 4 Formative Assessment Exams conducted in months of July, September, December, February are Calculated and reduced to 10% of the Score, the internal Exam marks are entered online, doing away with the earlier process of sending internal marks through OMR Sheets, this is done to save the time and also avoid the possible wrong scanning in case of faulty shadings while entering manually
SSLC Examination is Conducted for 625 Marks (1st Language subject for 125 Marks and other 5 Subjects for 100 Marks) as per CCE 125 Marks are allotted for Formative Assessment that is considered as internal marks and uploaded online by Subject Teachers after doing Evaluation School wise by taking into consideration students performance in Formative Assessment Test and Activities, 500 Marks Summative Assessment Exam is Conducted (1st Language Subject for 100 Marks and other 5 Subjects for 80 Marks), To get Pass they is No Minimum Marks to score in Formative Assessment but in Summative Assessment out of 100 Marks they need to score 35 marks and out of 80 marks they need to score 28 Marks, Overall the total score should be 35% of the Marks

SSLC Students who get fail in March / April Examinations that were conducted this year from 25th June to 3rd July 2020 are no need to panic as once the SSLC Results are announced Students are given option for Revaluation, Retotalling of Marks, They can apply online, Pay Fees and get Download the Scanned Copy of their Answer Scripts, After getting the Scanned Copy compare your answers with the Model Answers released by Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) and reapply for revaluation for which specified dates will be announced
SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMS
Every year for the Students who get failed in Annual March / April Exams the Supplementary Exams are conducted in Month of June so that the students doesn’t loose the academic year, Meanwhile this year due to rise in coronavirus cases across the country the Exams were postponed and later held in June / July 2020, as per the confirmed sources this year the Supplementary Exams will be conduced in Month of September, the students can reapply for the Supplementary Exams by paying Subject wise Exam fees (Details will be provided Here once results are out), as per the changed Guidelines failed students have option to attempt the failed subject for 6 attempts, if they fail to clear in the prescribed attempts then they have to appear for exams as Fresh Student and write all the 6 subjects even though they had passed few subjects in their previous attempts
