Selection to be done on the basis of CET, Interview and Medical Test, Common Entrance Test (CET) is likely to be held in December 2024, The medium of the paper is bilingual (Hindi and English) for Class 6 and only English of Class 9

For admission to Class 6 in Rashtriya Military Schools the student should not be less than 10 years and more than 12 years of age as of 31st March 2024, For admission to Class 9 in Rashtriya Military Schools the students should not be less than 13 years and more than 15 years of age as of 31 March 2024
