ELIGIBLITY
Students who domicile in Odisha, belonging to the General/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Scheduled Caste (SC)/Other Backward Classes (OBC)/Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) category of the state, studying in Class 11 or 12 in an Odia medium Higher Secondary School affiliated with the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha (CHSE) are eligible to apply
