ENTRANCE EXAMS BASED ON PROGRAMMES

NMIMS conducts different entrance exams for its UG courses:

  • NPAT: For admission to commerce, economics, liberal arts, branding and advertising, international studies, and management.
  • NCET: For engineering and pharmacy programmes.
  • NLAT: For law aspirants.
  • MST: For data science, statistics, and analytics programmes.

Only students who have completed their Class 12 examinations are eligible to apply.

DIVERSE PROGRAMMES ACROSS MULTIPLE CAMPUSES

The NPAT exam opens the gateway to a wide array of UG programmes. Courses such as commerce, economics, and management are available across NMIMS campuses in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Indore, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh. However, certain specialised programmes—like liberal arts, branding and advertising, international studies, and management—are offered exclusively at the Mumbai campus.

ENGINEERING AND PHARMACY PROGRAMMES THROUGH NCET

The NMIMS Common Entrance Test (NCET) is mandatory for admission into engineering and pharmacy fields. The School of Technology Management and Engineering offers cutting-edge BTech and MBA Tech programmes with specialisations in AI, cybersecurity, mechatronics, mechanical, civil, and computer engineering.

The five-year BPharm + MBA (Pharma Tech) programme, a unique integration of pharmaceutical science and business management, is offered at the Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Shirpur campuses.

SPECIALISED ANALYTICS AND LAW PROGRAMMES

Students interested in data science, statistics, and analytics can apply through the Mathematics and Statistics Test (MST). These programmes are offered by the Nilkamal School of Mathematics, Applied Statistics & Analytics (NSOMASA) at the Mumbai campus.

For law aspirants, the NMIMS Law Aptitude Test (NLAT) enables entry into the five-year integrated law and management programme at the School of Law, combining core legal education with business subjects like finance and management.
