QUALIFICATION

Assistant Manager (Sales)

The Candidates who have MBA or equivalent post Graduate, Diploma in Marketing Management, with a minimum of 2years experience in Marketing /Sales / Product Management of Consumer Products / Exports in a reputed Organization or Degree with minimum 5 years experience in Marketing/Sales/Product/ Exports in Supervisory capacity in reputed Organization  are eligible to apply  

Assistant Manager (Accounts)

The Candidates who have CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) from IIM or Inter CA / ICWA / M.Com with 5 years experience in accounts & Finance Department are eligible to apply  

Accounts Manager (Personnel)

The Candidates who have MSW / MBA or equivalent post graduate Diploma in personnel Management / Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years experience in supervisory capacity, Degree in Law is compulsory are eligible to apply  

Assistant Manager (Pharma)

The Candidates who have M.Sc in Chemistry or M.Pharma /Doctor with 5 years experience in reputed Organization are eligible to apply  

Assistant Manager (Tours and Travels)

The Candidates who have Post Graduate, IATA in tours & Travels with 5 years experience in reputed Organization are eligible to apply  

Sales Supervisor

The Candidates who have Graduate with 5 years experience in field Sales are eligible to apply  

Sales Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / E and C)

The Candidates who have Diploma in Mechanical  / Electrical / Civil / E & C Engineering with 5 years experience in Marketing / Sales or should be a Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / E & C Engineering Graduate are eligible to apply  

Accounts Clerk

The Candidates who have B.Com / BBA / Statistics / Economics / Mathematics with 3 years experience are eligible to apply

Sales Representative

The Candidates who have Graduate with 5 years Experience in Marketing / Sales are eligible to apply  

SELECTION

The Selection Exam to fill various posts in MSIL to be held in Offline Mode, Questions to be in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) Pattern, Each Question consist 4 Options, Candidates have to choose one correction answer out of 4 options, there will be negative markings, for each wrong answer 0.25 (1/4) Marks will be deducted

Assistant Manager

The selection to the post of Accounts Manager (Sales / Accounts / Personnel / Pharma / Tours and Travels / EDP) to be based on Written Exam to be conducted for 400 Marks, Two Papers – General Knowledge and Specific Paper of 200 Marks Each of Duration 2 hours will be held 

Sales Supervisor and Other

The selection to the post of Sales Representative / Sales Supervisor / Sales Engineer / Accounts Clerk / Clerk to be based on Written Exam to be conducted for 200 Marks, Two Papers – General Knowledge and General Kannada / General English / Computer Knowledge of 100 Marks Each of Duration 2 hours will be held
