MANUU : B.Ed ODL Mode admission 2023 – 24 merit list released

Moulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has released the First Merit cum Seat Allotment List of B.Ed (ODL) Programme and Procedure for Conduct of Online Document Verification, Fee Payment & Admission,

Moulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has released the notification for admission to B.Ed course in ODL Mode for the year 2023 – 24, Bachelor of Education programme (B.Ed.) in ODL mode, is a professional programme for in-service teachers

MANUU B.Ed course in ODL Mode aims at preparing in-service teachers for the secondary stage of education, in accordance with the notification of the NCTE with regard to minimum qualification for recruitment as a teacher.

The minimum duration of the MANUU B.Ed course in ODL Mode is two academic years (4 Semesters). However, the maximum period allowed for completion of the B.Ed course in ODL Mode is five years. Medium of Instruction is Urdu

A candidate with at least 50% marks either in Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University, Trained in-service teachers in elementary education, candidates who have completed NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face to face mode are eligible to apply 

A candidate must have studied URDU as a subject or medium of instruction up to 10th or its equivalent or above, The total fee for B.Ed. Programme for General category is Rs 39, 000 and Rs 27,000 for reserved category

Admissions for MANUU B.Ed course in ODL Mode are based on the merit list of Entrance Test, The candidate will pay registration fee of Rs 1000 through online mode

The Entrance Test paper will consist of two parts A & B. The total number of questions will be 100 and each question will carry onemark. Thus, maximum marks allotted to the test is 100. The maximum time for the Entrance Test is 2 hours, Part A to consist of questions on General English, General Urdu and Part B Consist of questions on General Awareness, Logical & Analytical Reasoning, Teaching & Learning

Applications can be submitted from 25th June 2023, Last date of submission of Forms is 25th July 2023, Entrance test to be held on 6th August 2023, results to be announced on 9th August 2023, First merit list to be released on 11th August 2023
