Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has released the Diploma in Theatre Arts (DTA) Exam 2025 notification and time table
As per the notification released by the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) the Diploma in Theatre Arts (DTA) Exam 2025 are scheduled to be held from 2nd May to 9th May 2025 across designated centers in Karnataka
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates who have passed in 10th / SSLC Exams are eligible to apply, Candidates appearing for the first time to appear for External, Internal and Practical Exams compulsorily, This exam is open to both fresh candidates and repeaters. However, first-time candidates are required to appear for all components—External, Internal, and Practical Examinations—as part of the certification process.
EXAM PATTERN
Diploma in Theatre Arts (DTA) Exam 2025 to be conducted for 6 Subjects which include Theatre Concept, History of Drama, History of Theatre, Acting, Stage Preparation, Theatre Practice and Viva voce, Each Subject carrying 100 marks, Students to mandatorily Score 40% of Marks in each subject to get pass,
IMPORTANT DATES
Online application for Diploma in Theatre Arts (DTA) Exam 2025 can be submitted from 16th April to 18th April 2025, Exam fees of Rs 1298 to be paid online, Last date for the payment of Exam fees is 19th April 2025, Admit card to be released on 2nd May 2023
Students are encouraged to complete the application and payment processes within the given window to avoid any last-minute technical issues. The admit cards will be made available online and must be downloaded and carried to the exam centers without fail.
