Karnataka University, Dharwad has invited applications for Ph.D admissions for the academic year 2023 – 2024, As per the notification released the applications for Ph.D admissions for the academic year 2023 – 2024 can be submitted from 20th February 2024, Last date to submit the application is 7th March 2024, Entrance test is scheduled to be held on 12th April 2024, List of qualified candidates to be released on 18th April 2024, Interview is scheduled to be held on 24th April 2024,
Any candidate who have obtained the Post Graduate (PG) degree from a recognised university securing minimum 50% marks (50% for reserved categories) can submit the application for admission to Part time or Full time Ph.D programmes for the academic year 2023 – 2024
Selection for Ph.D admissions for the academic year 2023 – 2024 to be based on Entrance Examination, the exam to be conducted for 100 Marks, Question paper to consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), the questions to be based on the Research Methodology and Cognate / Core subject of the Post Graduate (PG) Department, 50% Questions to be from Research Methodology and the 50% Questions to be from Cognate / Core subject of the Post Graduate (PG) Department, Duration of the entrance test is 120 minutes
