The Department of Collegiate Education, Karnataka has released the notification to update the details of all Departments Karnataka State Government Employees details in Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
As per the notification released Under the HRMS 2.0 the ERS – Electronic Service Register of Employees to be opened, in accordance to it the Karnataka State Government Employee details related to Department Exams, Probationary Period clearance details, Increment details, Promotion details, Leave details, Training details, Suspension details if employee was under the suspension, disciplinary details, transfer details to be updated,
In addition to it the Karnataka State Government Employees Name, Designation, Date of Birth, Pay Scale, Group, Date of Entry into Service, Updation of GER Number for Gazetted employees, PAN number updation, Residential address, Contact number, Marital Status, Spouse Details, Qualification Details, Family and Dependant details along with the correct date of birth, home town details , Nominee details and other to be checked and verified
