Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women University invite applications for Ph.D admissions 2024 – 25

Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women University has invited applications from the interested and eligible candidates for Ph.D admissions for the academic year 2024 – 25,

As per the notification released the Women candidates to apply for Ph.D admissions for the academic year 2024 – 25 to have Masters Degree (Post Graduation) with atleast 55% marks in aggregate, Interested and eligible candidates can register for the Full time or the Part time Ph.D programmes, the Part time Ph.D programmes to be undertaken by the Inservice / Professional candidates

Selection to the Ph.D programmes to be done on the basis of Entrance test, the Entrance test to be conducted for 100 Marks, the nature of the questions to be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), There shall be 100 questions in English except languages, each question carries 1 mark, 50% of the questions shall be from the research methodology and remaining 50% of questions from Cognate / core subjects, there shall be no negative markings for the wrong answers,

The duration of the entrance test is 120 minutes (2 Hours), to be eligible for admissions the candidate to secure minimum 50% of the marks in the entrance test, Last date to submit the application form is 21st December 2024, Last date to submit the application form with the penal fees is 27th December 2024, Entrance test is scheduled to be held on 1st January 2025,
