The John Willett International Scholarship will offer a 50% tuition fee waiver for a maximum period of two years for the selected recipient to complete their Master of Global Development at Griffith.
John Willett International Scholarship provide an opportunity for the recipient to acquire knowledge and skills needed to promote global sustainable development. This Scholarship being normally offered once every two years, from 2022
It is awarded in the memory of Professor Willett’s work in management education, particularly in Asia, the fund was established to provide a scholarship for students from selected countries in Asia within the Griffith Business School, formerly known the Graduate School of Management
ELIGIBILITY
The candidate should be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand, from one of the following countries: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Mongolia, Nepal, People’s Republic of China, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand or Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives,
The candidate should have a minimum GPA in previous studies of 4.0 or above on a 7-point scale or equivalent,
Have applied to study the Master of Global Development at Griffith University by the scholarship application closing date. Applicants must be a new commencing student in this program, Be a full-time student commencing in Trimester 1 or 2
