The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has officially released the time table for the Class 11 examinations today, April 25, 2025. According to the announcement, the Class 11 board exams will be held over three days, from 20th May to 22d May 2025, conducted in two shifts each day to accommodate all students across the state.
The first sitting of the exam is scheduled from 10:45 am to 12 noon, while the second sitting will be held from 2 pm to 3:15 pm. Students appearing for the exams are encouraged to download the exam timetable from the official JAC website for accurate subject-wise details and planning.
As per the official notification by JAC, students must qualify in four out of five subjects to successfully pass the Class 11 exams. The exam pattern will consist of 40 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), carrying 40 marks, along with an internal assessment of 10 marks, conducted at the respective school level for each subject. This combination of theory and internal evaluation ensures a balanced assessment of both academic knowledge and in-class performance.
JAC has also informed all +2 school heads to download the admit cards from May 13 onwards and distribute them to the concerned students in a timely manner. Students are advised to arrive at their exam centres at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam to avoid any last-minute delays or complications.
Furthermore, students must strictly adhere to the exam guidelines. Electronic devices, including mobile phones, calculators, or smart watches, are not permitted inside the exam hall. In line with best exam practices, students will be provided 15 minutes of reading time before the start of the exam to go through the question paper and plan their responses efficiently.
