The notification for the ISRO Young Scientist Programme (YUVIKA) 2025 has been released by the Indian Space Research Organisation, As per the official notification released the online registrations process for the ISRO Young Scientist Programme (YUVIKA) 2025 can be done from 24th February 2025 and the last date to register for ISRO Young Scientist Programme (YUVIKA) 2025 is 23rd March 2025
First selection list to be released on 7th April 2025, Last date for the Selected students at respective ISRO centres to report is 18th May 2025, YUVIKA Programme is scheduled to be held from 19th to 30th May 2025
The ISRO Young Scientist Programme (YUVIKA) 2025 is expected to encourage more students to pursue career in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
To impart basic knowledge on Space Technology, Space Science and Space Applications to the younger students in emerging trends in space science and technology amongst the youngsters, who are the future building blocks of our nation, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is organising a special programme for School Children called “Young Scientist Programme” “YUva VIgyani KAryakram” (YUVIKA)
The selection of participants in YUVIKA-2024 will be carried out on the basis of Marks obtained in Class 8 exam, Performance in the online quiz, Participation in science fair, Rank in Olympiad or equivalent, Winners of sport competitions, Scout and Guides / NCC / NSS Member in last 3 years, Students studying in Class 9 as on 1st January 2025, within India are eligible to apply.
HOW TO REGISTER
Step 1 : Register in ISRO Antariksha Jigyasa Platform
Step 2 : Verify email as received after successful registration
Step 3 : Participate in SpaceQuiz
Step 4 : Fill personal profile and education details
Step 5 : Scan and upload the photo copy of attested certificates and certificate for verification
Step 6 : Generate certificate for verification by your principal / Head of School / Parent / Guardian
Step 7 : Scan and upload the document and submit the application.
