The Indian Culinary Institute (ICI), operating under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, is inviting applications for its flagship BBA in Culinary Arts programme for the academic session 2025–28. This three-year full-time undergraduate programme is offered in academic collaboration with the Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU) and will be conducted at ICI’s premier campuses in Tirupati and Noida.

The BBA in Culinary Arts is a six-semester programme meticulously crafted to groom the next generation of culinary leaders, food entrepreneurs, and hospitality professionals. Blending theoretical learning with practical, hands-on training, the course prepares students for diverse roles in the fast-evolving culinary and hospitality industries.

The curriculum encompasses kitchen operations, food production techniques, hygiene and safety standards, kitchen management, gastronomy, nutrition, and entrepreneurial development, making it one of the most comprehensive culinary programs in India. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To apply for the BBA in Culinary Arts, candidates must:

  • Have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with:
    • Minimum 45% marks for General and OBC categories.
    • Minimum 40% marks for SC/ST/PwD categories.
  • Possess a valid score in IGNTU-ICI JEE (UG) 2025 or CUET (UG) 2025.
