The notification for the recruitment of 1,074 Customer Service Agent in IGI Aviation Services for the different ground departments of IGI Airport such as Airlines, Ground Handling Companies, Hospitality, Retail Outlets, Food Courts and Cargo for CSA profile released, the online applications can be submitted from 6th March 2024, Last date to submit online application is 22nd May 2024, Date of written examination to be announced later, Examination results to be announced 15 days after the conduct of examination

The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 1,074 Customer Service Agent in IGI Aviation Services for the different ground departments of IGI Airport such as Airlines, Ground Handling Companies, Hospitality, Retail Outlets, Food Courts and Cargo for CSA profile, Selection to be done on the basis of written examination, the examination to be conducted for 100 marks, duration of exam is 90 minutes, Questions to be based on General Awareness, General English, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Aviation Knowledge,

The written examination contains 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions. Each question carries 1 mark. The examination will be conducted in bilingual (English & Hindi), There will be no negative marking. Candidates who qualify in the written test will further appear for the personal round of interview in the company’s registered office at Delhi.
