The Green Hub Central India Fellowship 2025-26 is an innovative and life-changing initiative designed to empower rural and tribal youth through the transformative power of storytelling and digital media. Launched in collaboration with the Dusty Foot Foundation (DFF) and Mahashakti Seva Kendra (MSK), and generously supported by the Bharat Rural Livelihood Foundation (BRLF), this 10-month fellowship program aims to foster leadership, creativity, and environmental stewardship among young people across Central and Eastern India.
Fellowship for Environmental Storytelling and Social Change
At its core, the Green Hub Fellowship uses the medium of video storytelling to create change-makers who can effectively document and promote environmental conservation, sustainable agriculture, and community livelihoods. Fellows will be trained in the technical and narrative aspects of filmmaking, enabling them to craft compelling visual stories that spotlight local issues and inspire action.
This initiative stands out among digital media fellowships for rural youth by connecting media skills with ground-level environmental action.
Eligibility Criteria – Green Hub Fellowship 2025
To be eligible for this prestigious environmental fellowship in India, applicants must be residents of Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Rajasthan, Gujarat, or West Bengal (Uttar Dinajpur and below), Be aged between 18 and 35 years, Possess physical fitness (to be proven via a valid fitness certificate), Be ready to commit to the entire 10-month fellowship program

Selected candidates will gain hands-on training in video production and editing, digital storytelling, and community engagement. Through this process, fellows will enhance their ability to create social and environmental impact through digital media.
