This prestigious program offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills while working on transformative projects in Aspirational and Tribal districts.

ABOUT THE GANDHI FELLOWSHIP 2025

The Gandhi Fellowship is a two-year, full-time leadership program designed to nurture young changemakers. Fellows engage in a four-semester grassroots immersion, where they tackle systemic challenges, develop problem-solving skills, and align their personal aspirations with public impact. This experience prepares them for leadership roles in social and public systems, equipping them to drive meaningful change.

FELLOWSHIP HIGHLIGHTS

• Duration: 2 years (4 semesters) of hands-on fieldwork and leadership training.
• Objective: To develop the next generation of leaders who will drive social and public systems change in India.
• Work Areas: Fellows will work in Aspirational and Tribal districts, collaborating with government stakeholders and local communities to implement transformative programs.
• Support: On-site coaching and mentoring, along with a monthly grant of Rs. 24,500.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Open to students from diverse academic backgrounds, including Engineering, Humanities, Science, Business, Education, Social Work, and Media.
• Candidates must demonstrate a passion for social impact, leadership, and self-discovery.
• Applicants should have the ability to work independently, take initiative, and CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM GOALS.
