Dept of Minority, Karnataka invite applications for Special incentive to Minority students pursuing B.Ed course

Directorate of Minorities, Government of Karnataka has invited applications from Students belonging to minority community (Muslim / Christian / Sikh / Buddhist / Jain / Parsi) who are pursuing B.Ed courses for Special Incentive of Amount Rs 25,000, the Incentive will be provided for 2 years i.e Maximum Amount of Rs 50, 000 for full course period

Minority Students belonging to Karnataka who are pursuing B.Ed courses as full time or on Regular basis are eligible to apply, Correspondence / Distance Education /Part Time  B.Ed students are not eligible to apply,  Students Annual Family Income Should be less than Rs 6 Lakh, the Students must have passed all previous examination without any backlogs & are selected based on merit, to avail the incentive Student should have scored Minimum 50% of marks in previous examinations 

Students should submit separate application form every year (Maximum for 2 years) to avail the incentive amount of each year separately, 50% of the applicants for this scheme are reserved for girls, Students should submit all the official documents related to admission for the  B.Ed Course & fee paid Receipts of the college.

Online application for Special incentive to Minority students pursuing B.Ed course to be submitted through Seva Sindhu portal, the online applications can be submitted from 5th December 2024, Last date to submit online application is 25th December 2024
