Delhi National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023 notification released

The notification for the National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023 has been released by the Directorate of Education Science, New Delhi, As per the notification released the online registration for the National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023 can be done from 7th August 2023, 

Delhi Government school students studying in Class 8 are eligible to appear for the National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023, For the year 2023 the National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023 is scheduled to be held on 19th November 2023

Candidates belonging to general category who have secured 55% marks while those from reserved category who have got 50% in Class 7 examination, Pursuing class 8 in current academic year are eligible to apply for National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023 till 9th September 2023

Annual family income should not exceed Rs 3.5 Lakh in the financial year 2023-24. Candidates applying for the National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023 to produce the income certificates signed by the local sub-divisional magistrate (SDM) or tehsildar.

The National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023 examination consist of two papers – Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) – carrying 90 marks each. Students will get 90 minutes to attempt each paper. Each question will carry one mark and there will be no negative marking. To qualify the National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023 exam, the general category students to get  40% and those from reserved category to secure 32% marks in both papers, the NMMS 2023 selected students will get a scholarship of Rs 1,000 per month till Class 12, for more details CLICK HERE
