The official portal of Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 has been launched, As per the notification released the Indian Institutes of Management to conduct a computer-based Common Admission Test 2024 (CAT 2024) on 24th November 2024 in three sessions.
Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 is a prerequisite for admission to various Post Graduate and Fellow / Doctorate programmes of IIMs. Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024scores are allowed to be used by listed non-IIM member institutions
Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 will be conducted in test centres spread across around 170 test cities. Candidates will be given the option to select any five test cities in order of their preference.
The registration for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 can be done from 1st August 2024, Last date to register for Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 is 13th September 2024, Admit card to be released on 5th November 2024, Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 to be held on 24th November 2024, results to be announced by Second week of January 2025
Application fees of Rs 2500 for all other categories of candidates and Rs 1250 for SC, ST and PwD category candidates to be paid while submitting the online applications, The candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PwD) categories] are eligible to apply, Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply
