Objective of e-Medhabruti Scholarship Odisha 2025–26
The scheme aims to promote higher education among meritorious students from Odisha by offering scholarships based on academic excellence. It also ensures that students from low-income families can access quality education and build a strong academic foundation.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To apply for the Odisha e-Medhabruti Scholarship 2025–26, candidates must fulfill the following general conditions:
- Be a domicile of Odisha.
- Be admitted to a recognised institution approved by AICTE, MCI, UGC, or other regulatory authorities.
- Have an annual family income of less than ₹8,00,000 from all sources.
UG Merit Scholarship
- Passed Class 12 from CHSE, Odisha or equivalent board (CBSE/ICSE).
- Secured 55% or more marks.
- Pursuing a regular 3-year UG degree course in a recognised institution.
PG Merit Scholarship
- Passed a 3-year degree course or equivalent.
- Secured 55% or more marks.
- Enrolled in a regular PG degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, or other non-professional disciplines.
Technical & Professional Merit Scholarship
- Passed Class 12 (CHSE/CBSE/ICSE) OR a 3-year degree course (for master’s programs).
- Secured 55% or more marks.
- Pursuing a regular technical/professional course in a recognised institution.

- Marksheets/transcripts of the last qualifying exam.

Selection Process
The selection will be merit-based, with candidates chosen according to:
- Aggregate marks in the last qualifying exam.
- District-wise and block-wise merit lists.
- Selection will continue in descending order of academic merit until the allocated quota for each category is filled.
