• Xerox copy of the admission receipt.
• One recent passport-size photograph pasted on the printed form.

• Selection will be strictly based on the fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
• Only students entering the first year of research programs will be considered.
• Applications without proper documentation will not be entertained.
