The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) has revised the schedule for the West Bengal NEET UG 2025 Round 2 counselling process. According to the new timeline, the online registration process, which began on August 27, will now continue until September 11, 2025. The last date to pay the counselling registration fee has also been extended to September 11, giving aspirants more time to complete their applications. Earlier, the deadline was August 29.
Revised Schedule for West Bengal NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2
After registration and fee payment, the verification of candidates’ documents in the designated colleges will take place from September 8 to 12. This is an extension from the earlier verification deadline of August 30. Candidates must visit their allotted verification centre during their scheduled slot to validate their eligibility.
The seat surrender process at the allotted college level, along with submission of all original documents, will be conducted on September 13 and 15. Following this, the West Bengal NEET UG 2025 Round 2 merit list will be released on September 15.
The online choice filling and choice locking window will open on September 15 and close on September 17. Based on the preferences submitted, the final seat allotment result for Round 2 will be declared on September 22 after 4 PM, Candidates must log in with their application number and date of birth to check their seat allotment.
Selected candidates will need to report to their assigned medical or dental colleges between September 23 and 25 to confirm admission.
The West Bengal NEET UG 2025 Round 3 counselling for vacant seats is scheduled to begin on September 30, while the online stray vacancy round will commence on October 16, 2025.
